Meditation session with the Thich Nhat Hanh's community

Dear members of the Harvard Club of Belgium,

Earlier this year at Harvard the Thich Nhat Hanh Center for Mindfulness in Public Health was founded. The Center is endowed through an anonymous $25-million gift and based at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (HSPH). It plans to educate the public about mindfulness, and to pursue the evidence-based study of mindful practices, particularly those focused on nutrition and the environment. The program is named in honor of the recently-deceased Thich Nhat Hanh, a Vietnamese Zen master who popularized the mindfulness movement.

We are privileged to welcome several members of Thich Nhat Hanh's community, who travelled from Harvard to Belgium, on Friday June 9th for an evening meditation, from 19:30 to 21:00. A small number of Harvard Club of Belgium members can join this unique opportunity.

Registration is mandatory (deadline: Thursday June 8th) and the venue in La Hulpe will be communicated when registered. Please register via this link.

Warm regards,
